Pickens New Energy Army

Is actively supporting a green economy and renewable energy on your list of resolutions for 2009? If so, here’s a chance to get involved. T. Boone Pickens is recruiting volunteers for the New Energy Army.

Are you up for the challenge of becoming a district leader in your state? Here is a little about what the job entails:

District leaders serve as the point of contact for their Congressional District through Push.PickensPlan.com. They will make a difference by working with other members of the New Energy Army with the goal of signing up 500 members by Inauguration Day. You would be responsible for getting  letters to your local editors and hosting meetings for area members to get together and plan to Push the Pickens Plan.

The Pickens Team with give you all the support you need by providing you the neccessary training manuals and materials to do your job effectively.

If becoming a leader in the New Energy Army is more that you can commit to at this time, there are plenty of other ways to get involved.
