we agree with green home pro…we have simply bought firs in a large container, and planted them we have two now over 6ft tall…i live 4mile from mexican border in cochise county, az.—used to live in oregon and wash…..down around estacada and molala,ore. there are a lot of tree farms…believe me, by the time a tree gets here or in southern borders the tree is really dead, we would cut bottom off a few inchs and water it alot…still a very dead tree!!!!therefore, lots of trailer fires with all lost and some deaths…ever watch a tree burn?….life to my family, life to my home, and life to my community….buy live trees and plant them. Holiday Tip #101:
Instead of buying a pre-cut Christmas tree, buy a potted tree. This way you can plant the tree in the Spring as opposed to just throwing it away after the holiday season.
